An addition to the current Set of four barns, iroka were requested to design, supply & install the interior of barn number to complete this collection of stunning conversions. Located in the idyllic countryside village of Mawnan Smith, near the Harbour town of Falmouth. This luxury retreat is surrounded by fields and based upon a working farm.

These Barns are the epitome of a countryside getaway.

We were commissioned by Boskensoe Barns to turn these gorgeous old farm buildings into 5 star holiday rentals and that is exactly what we did. The new Granary, The Stable, Long House, Pig House and The Mill were all converted from abandoned farm buildings into luxury holiday lets. We wanted to combine the heritage of the buildings while adding a modern and contemporary look to each barn individually styled. Exposed beams are in keeping with the rustic feel of the farm, while the Scandinavian inspired interiors add a modern and luxury touch.

A comprehensive range of finishes were chosen as by our interior design team located in our Hayle headquarters. The scheme included the contemporary bathrooms (we adored the rich Herringbone tiles), chunky timber staircase, bespoke carpentry throughout, fixtures & fittings such as the super on trend Acupanel wood cladding system. A high-end custom kitchen was also designed in-house, made by our German manufacturers, AGKU and installed by our highly skilled tradesmen.
