Step 2

Fee Proposal

Based on the scope of works, we will compile a Fee Proposal outlining our fees.

We will ensure clarity on those that are fixed or flexible, supplying a summary of works, and expected budgets where relevant.

Step 3

Allocated Design Time

Upon acceptance of your fee proposal, ensuring we have all
the relevant information required to begin works, your design works will be scheduled into our diary, and you will be given an estimate on when you should expect your completed design package.

Each project will differ based on the scope of works. Generally, the package you receive would be a visual Interior Design Presentation accompanied by a fully costed Design Specification.

Step 4

Revision Period

You will then have time to review your design package. We
offer one set of design revisions free of charge within your design fee. For ease and clarity, revisions will be formally agreed between us for us to proceed with any changes.

Step 5

Product Sourcing

Once Iroka are tasked to procure goods we will place all
orders with our suppliers. All goods are delivered to our warehouse and stored until the package is ready to be delivered. At the time of order, we will provide an estimate as to when we should receive your goods and you will be advised of any changes to expected lead times.

Step 6

Delivery

Once all your items have arrived at our warehouse, we will
schedule your project delivery. Managed by your interior designer, our professional in-house delivery team will deliver and install your project. We unbox, assemble, and remove all packaging, for a totally fuss free service.
