- We will then order and supply the flooring for you.

Simply after some beautiful flooring to unite every aspect of a room?
- Visit our Hayle showroom and browse our extensive range of flooring.
- We will then order and supply the flooring for you.
- You can then fit the flooring yourself or use an external contractor.
Our Process
Step 1
Initial Enquiry
Our initial consultation can be done either by email, phone or in person. During this time, we can discuss the space you are hoping to add flooring to. Discussing the function and suitability? Looking at different options from carpet, wood or LVT, taking into consideration your budget and time frame.
If you have images of the space and rough measurements prepared, this will help us guide you further and recommend the best product to suit your needs.
If in person we can look through the different samples we have on display in our Hayle showroom. If you have contacted us by phone or email we can email over website links to the different flooring options. Our flooring manager can then bring samples over to the following measure appointments.
Step 2
Measure
Next our Flooring Manager can visit your property to conduct a comprehensive on-site survey. This is a great opportunity to confirm the new layout and your preferred products. Whilst completing the measure, our flooring manager will be on hand to give advice about colour and suitability.
Step 3
Design & Quote
After gathering measurements, we are now able to confirm the final product and look. From this, our flooring manager will contact you by your preferred method with a formal quotation for the product. Once confirmed with the client, the design can be underway (including details such as patterns, borders, and colours), and products can now be ordered.
Step 4
Supply & Fit
Once all the products have been received into our warehouse and our flooring manager has organised delivery, our installation team will be out to your property to fit, install and dress the finished product.
Step 5
Project Sign Off
Your flooring is now fitted! Our flooring manager will send over your final invoice. Along with after care advice on how to look after your flooring. We will also provide details about your warranty for the chosen product. We hope you are happy with your new floors, our flooring manager is always available for any advice or queries on your newly fitted flooring.
